||10% + VAT of the rental income received for the first year of the term.
|Renewal Fee after Year 1
||5% + VAT of the rental income received for the remainder of the term
|Letting & Rent Collection
||12.5% + VAT of the rental income with the letting portion (10%) taken at commencement and the Rent collection fee element (2.5% + VAT) is deducted monthly from rents received.
||15% + VAT of the rental income with the letting portion (10%) taken at commencement and the management fee element (5% + VAT) is deducted monthly from rents received.
||We utilise the services of independent inventory specialists to conduct the preparation, check-in and check-out of Tenants. The cost of the preparation of the inventory is paid by the ingoing Tenant and the Landlord pays the clerk to Check-in and Check-out. The Clerks charges are on a schedule depending upon the size (usually by number of bedrooms) and if the property is furnished or unfurnished. A full schedule of costs is available in our office.
||£150 including VAT. This is for the preparation of Extension Memorandums where Landlords of Letting Only properties wish to engage us to prepare documentation for extensions to the Tenancy that they have agreed direct between the parties.
|Deposit Registration Fee
||£48 including VAT. This includes our time for registering the parties and deposit into an approved scheme and issuing statutory deposit certificates.
|Additional property visits
||£48 including VAT. This is to attend at specific Clients request beyond our usual Property Management Viewings ie. Meeting bank valuers, surveyors, insurance loss adjusters etc
|Sale of a property to Tenant
||1% + VAT of the total sale price
