Our RICS Registered Valuers have direct involvement in the Commercial Property Market and have acquired over many decades in the business an extensive database of knowledge and contacts. We provide Valuations for Asset purchases, Lender funding, Pension Trustees, Probate, Balance Sheet and Taxation purposes.
We act for either Landlords or Tenants to ensure market rental value is achieved through either negotiation or the Arbitration/Expert Valuer dispute resolution process which is incorporated in every Lease.
Many Commercial Tenancies are protected by the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. Our Valuers have a good working knowledge of this legislation and in acting for either Landlord or Tenant, achieve the best possible terms through negotiation or by representing the client in the PACT or County Court dispute resolution process.
