Robinsons Dorking office are pleased to have recently relet 250-256 High Street, Dorking a former large Estate Agents office to a private Dentist Operator Group. This letting was our first letting of a former retail or office unit under the new ‘E’ class which enabled a dentist operator to complete a Lease without the requirement of change of use. Prior to the introduction of this use class changes, such a use would have required planning permission for a full change of use.
